Early READ Fiesta at Punggol Library
The National Library Board's reading festival for children up to 6 and their older siblings. It has storytelling, sessions with local authors, activity booths and hands-on play at the Tinker and Curious Minds stations. Families who borrow four books on the day can claim a gift.
