Kid-friendly Halloween in Singapore 2026: trick-or-treating and not-so-scary fun
Halloween events for kids across Singapore up to Sun 1 Nov 2026, with nothing aimed at scaring them: free trick-or-treating and mall trails, a neighbourhood Halloween night, a farm party and specials at the big attractions. Each one is checked on its organiser's page, and anything we couldn't confirm is left out.
Halloween 2026 is over, so this article no longer lists its events. Here's what's on this weekend:
Questions
Is Halloween a public holiday in Singapore?
No. Halloween falls on Sat 31 Oct in 2026, and it isn't one of Singapore's public holidays. It's also a normal school-term weekend: Term 4 runs until Fri 20 Nov.
Is Halloween Horror Nights suitable for kids?
No. Resorts World Sentosa says it may be too intense for young children and isn't recommended for under-13s. For families, Universal Studios' daytime Trick or Thrills, with a Minions show and character meet-and-greets, is included with regular admission.
Where can kids go trick-or-treating in Singapore in 2026?
At WEAVE in Resorts World Sentosa, kids can collect a free trick-or-treat bucket and go from shop to shop on Fridays and Saturdays in October, while buckets last. Downtown East in Pasir Ris gives a free trick-or-treat bucket for three stamps on its weekend trail, and has trick-or-treating at 11 shops on Sat 31 Oct. West Mall in Bukit Batok has a trick-or-treat hunt round its shops on Sat 31 Oct, and Universal Studios hands out sweets around the park during Trick or Thrills.
